This cottage was formerly a farm stable and workshop. The front door opens into a light airy through living room. One end is a fully fitted kitchen with refrigerator, with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven with grill, microwave and washing machine. A tumble dryer is available in the separate laundry room accessible from outside, where damp coats, boots etc. can also be left to dry out if necessary. The living room area faces south and opens out through a glazed door into an enclosed courtyard. The room is comfortably furnished with Laura Ashley sofa, dining table, chairs etc.and is fully carpeted. The room is equipped with TV/CD/DVD/Freeview.
Off the living room is a fully carpeted bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a twin beds, wardrobe etc. and a hairdryer. The bathroom has an extra wide luxury bath equipped with a thermostatic shower. A shaver socket is provided.
The furnishings throughout the cottage are of a very high standard with oak doors and skirtings. Full oil-fired central heating, with individual thermostatic radiator valves, is provided in all rooms. Changeover day is flexible.
