Once a stable and workshop, this is now been sensitively converted into a charming, attractive one bedroom cottage (with enough space for a baby too).
As you step through the door you find yourself in a delightfully welcoming through-room, with a glazed door that opens onto a private, sheltered and very sunny terrace. This is a perfectly designed open plan room with a relaxed living space, a smart dining area, and a stylish, well-equipped kitchen. You’ll find everything you need: a refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave and washing machine. Additional freezer space is available on request. From kitchen to table couldn’t be more convenient, and after dinner you can retire to the Laura Ashley sofa and put your feet up in front of the entertainment unit, which comprises 32″ television with Freeview and a DVD/CD player.
Plentiful Storage Space
Just beyond the living room is the equally charming bedroom, again with a door that opens directly onto the terrace. There are twin beds, plentiful storage space in the wardrobe and drawers, bedside tables with reading lamps and a hairdryer. We can provide a cot on request. The ensuite bathroom has a king-size bath with a high spec contemporary thermostatic shower and a shaver point.
The doors and woodwork are beautifully finished in oak, the cottage is carpeted throughout, and the central heating radiators have individual thermostatic controls. All our guests have the use of a separate laundry room where you will find a tumble dryer, a freezer and ample space for coats and boots.
Changeover day for Rose Cottage is flexible.
