Stable Cottage

This is the largest of the Heath Farm cottages, comprising part of the old milking parlour and the stables. It is carpeted throughout and finished to a very high standard, with beautiful oak doors and woodwork.

From the entrance hall you pass into a very large south-facing living room, open plan to a dining area and a separate fully fitted kitchen. French doors open onto the sunny, sheltered terrace. The room has been opulently furnished with the most comfortable and attractive sofas from the Laura Ashley range. The high quality handmade furniture gives you all the storage space you need and there is a 32″ television with Freeview and a DVD player.

Comfortable & Ensuite

If you move through the living room, past the dining area with its garden view to the north, you come to the splendidly proportioned master bedroom. The double bed is blissfully comfortable and the natural pine furniture gives the room a wonderfully modern sense of craftsmanship. There is no shortage of hanging and drawer space for clothes. The ensuite bathroom has a luxury king size bath with a high specification thermostatic shower.
Back across the entrance hall you come to the equally comfortable twin bedroom, well planned with excellent storage; and the third bedroom which has a single bed with an extra bed concealed underneath, which can be rearranged to accommodate a sixth guest

Level Entry Shower Room

Just across the hall is the fully tiled level entry shower room, which is large enough for wheelchair users and can be easily fitted with dropdown support arms and a shower chair if required. There is also a shaver socket.

Fully Fitted Kitchen

Finishing off the attractive accommodation is the fully fitted kitchen, set just off the living room. Here you’ll find everything you need for an easy, relaxing self-catering holiday: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, double grill, microwave and washing machine. All our guests have the use of a separate laundry room where you will find a tumble dryer, a freezer and ample space for coats and boots. Additional freezer space is available on request.

Changeover day for Stable Cottage is flexible.
