Terms & Conditions
All bookings and cancellations must be made in writing. Check in time is from 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.
If you book more than six weeks in advance we will require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental price. The balance is then payable 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If you book less than six weeks in advance then we require payment in full.
- The cost of electricity and heating oil is included in the price of the accommodation, except for EV charging consumption which will be charged for separately.
Bed linen and towels are provided but we do not supply cot bedding or beach towels.
Please leave the cottage clean and tidy as you found it. Guests are responsible for any damage and breakages; please let us know of any incidents so that we can arrange repairs or replacements without delay.
You are welcome to make a booking by telephone up to 9pm. We will then need you to send us the completed booking form and the deposit within three days. On receipt of these we will confirm the booking in writing.
If you cancel the booking, you will lose your deposit. However, we will make all reasonable efforts to obtain a replacement booking and if we are successful, we will refund the deposit after deducting any expenses we have incurred in re-letting. It is in your interests to purchase holiday insurance.
We do not allow pets or smoking in any of the cottages.
Please let us know of any faults in any of the equipment or fittings in the cottage. We will then arrange repairs or replacements as quickly as possible.
Anyone with limited mobility should make us aware of this at the time of booking and we can discuss what special facilities can be provided.
There is adequate parking on site but this is at the vehicle owner’s risk.
